The salesperson and crew that replaced my air conditioning and heating with a new Carrier system were exceptional. Sales: - Easy to talk to and low pressure. - Assessed my needs based on the square footage for the right unit. - Assisted me in selecting the right efficiency (SEER2). - Helped me choose units to improve the humidity in the house. - The price was fair. - He went the extra mile, providing multiple quotes for different units, answering questions, and communicating into the evening. First Installation (first air conditioning and heating unit installed in one day) - Arrival: On time. - Communication: Professional. They reached out at key milestones and other appropriate times during the installation. - Management Oversight: A manager arrived to ensure the installation went smoothly and that all questions were answered. - Sales vs. Install Alignment: They installed and delivered what was promised in my quote to my satisfaction. - Job Completion: The system is functioning, and final questions were addressed. - Clean up: Completely clean. Even my dog didn't realize they were here. Second Installation (review pending; it will be installed 2 days later as planned)

One of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with. I just left my fifth message with the "quality assurance" person who was supposed to be helping me. This is after discussing the issues with a manager who was supposed to call me back 2 months ago. Surprise surprise, never heard from him again. AJ Perri complete ineptitude resulted in $5,000 in damages and repairs to the home. They never even offered to fix any of the damage that resulted from their work. In fact, they're pretending they came out to my house for something entirely other than what I hired them for. It's like the Twilight zone. I only asked for a refund since they didn't actually perform the job I hired them for, but since they won't give me a refund or even return my phone calls, they will get a lawsuit for the full amount of damages and repairs. Run as fast as you can from this company. As soon as something went wrong on their end, they ghosted me.

Highly recommend. My furnace had an issue in the middle of an ice storm. The technician got here quickly, fixed it, and educated me about some concerns that I'll save a lot of money by addressing sooner rather than later. Plus he was super professional and polite. I will absolutely use this company for any needs we have going forward.

I would recommend this company to my friends and family. When I called on Saturday your rep. were polite and friendly, She was able to send a tech out that same day to diagnose the issue. Made arrangements and we had the new unit installed two days later. The only negative thing I would say is that the installer left the old furnace, box and piping work behind. There is a lot of kids in the neighborhood and this could be a liability issue If the kids start playing with the equipment that was left behind.

I love working with AJ Perri. I ALWAYS get to speak with a person when I call. Customer service is always helpful. There is always follow up and if the tech is stuck at an earlier job, they call to let you know and reschedule, if needed. Our tech was prompt, evaluated our problem, and provided 3 options for the repair. He was neat and efficient making the repair, and left the area clean, as if no work had been done. We are always pleased with the work done. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Excellent service! I had two service calls today, a plumber (Jason) and an HVAC guy (Andrew). Both friendly and competent and willing to spend extra time with me to explain a complicated issue or offer alternative ideas on how to prevent the issue in the future. Everyone I've dealt with from A.J. in the past has been great. They may be more expensive than some other companies or individuals, but for me it is worth paying more for such excellent service.
